GraphXdp offers a one-year warranty on all its products for any manufacturing defects. The warranty takes effect from the date of purchase, whether through the website or a retailer. Your original purchase invoice confirms the date of product purchase and serves as your proof of purchase.

During the warranty period, any part or component with a defect will be repaired or replaced. No charges will be incurred for the replacement or repair of a defective part during the warranty period. However, no refunds or money returns will be issued. All shipping, customs, or other fees outside of Canada will be the responsibility of the customer.

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper installation or caused by damages such as accidents, negligence, acts of nature, exposure to gas, or misuse.

Replacing a piece is very simple.

Please send us an email with the graphic set number and the part number to be replaced. We base the price on the quantity of vinyl required for the replacement. If your replacement is 55% or more of the graphic set, we will offer you a discount for purchasing a new set.

You can choose the different elements you would like to modify. Such as changing colors, adding logos, or numbers

To do this, you just need to send us an email with the modifications you wish to make. along with the product number you want to modify. You can refer to our color chart to provide us with the color or colors you would like to achieve. To proceed, you need to click on the modify icon to place your order. This option requires a deposit of $50.00, which will be deducted from the total amount of the graphic set. Once done, a proof will be sent to you via email for final approval before printing. Finally, when you have approved the proof, you will receive an email to make your final payment.

  1. Take your set out of the tube and place it on a flat surface at room temperature.
  2. Make sure your set is complete and undamaged.

We are not responsible for any issues resulting from improper installation or any circumstances that may affectthe installation.

Once the installation has started, meaning thebacking of the vinyl is removed or pieces are detached, we will not send you replacement pieces for free if a sticker has been broken or cut.

Make sure your machine is clean, suitable, and dry.

When we receive your order and payment, we typically transfer everything to production. You should allow for two to three business days of production before your set is printed and sent for delivery.

Our process does not require drying; we use latex ink technology, which allows us to laminate everything after printing. This increases our production speed.

Generally, deliveries within Quebec and Canada take approximately (7) business days to reach their destination.

Your graphic set is digitally printed on engineering-grade vinyl with a highly aggressive permanent adhesive. This adhesive is specially designed to adhere to surfaces with low adhesion or textured surfaces. This is what is known as ‘High Tack’.

Lamination is used to protect the vinyl from abrasions, temperature, and UV rays. Lamination protects both the ink and the vinyl base. The lamination is 12 thousandths of an inch thick. This lamination helps to make the installation easier. Due to the thick lamination, it’s important during installation that all air is completely removed from under the vinyl before exposing your set to outdoor conditions. This is why it is recommended to go over the graphic set, applying pressure and heating it with your heat gun or dryer, on all pieces once the graphics are installed.

Unfortunately, we cannot take back any custom-made graphic sets.

If you simply ordered the wrong frame or the wrong design,return the set to us. However, you will incur an additional fee of 25%, plus shipping costs. As soon as we receive the incorrect set, we will send you the desired set.

All sales are final.

We have no inventory. When you click the purchase button, all fees are charged to your credit card. Once your order is printed, unfortunately, it will be impossible to obtain a refund.

We understand that you want to match your set as closely as possible to your machine. In reality, this task can be challenging because there are so many color varieties, different paints, and various manufacturers’ brands.

GraphXdp cannot guarantee that the colors will perfectly match your machine. Our sets are designed to complement, enhance, or modify your original machines.

Colors may differ from what your monitor screen displays. For these reasons, we do not guarantee that the colors will match exactly as seen on the screen. If the colors are critical for you, we can create a small sample print on the material and send it to you by mail. However, there will be a $25.00 plus shipping costs will be required.

Yes, we will create custom designs for all models. The price may vary between 200.00 and $400.00 depending on your requirements. After speaking with you, we will be able to provide you with a price based on your request. 50% of the fees will be required before starting the design. Then, a proof will be sent to you via email for approval or for making any necessary revisions. Once the proof is final, it will be sent to production to start printing.

This option is very straightforward. When you place your order, you just need to write in the note tab what logos you want to add or remove.

However, if you want to add your logos, it’s very important to send them in the following formats: EPS or AI.

** GIF and JPEGformats will not be accepted.

Once we have received your order and logos, we will send you a proof with the modifications via email.

Proofs will not be sent without a completed order.
