Return Policy

1. Custom Products (Graphic Kits)

All of our graphic kits are made to order based on each customer’s specifications (model, design, colors, numbers, names, etc.).

👉 No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for custom products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

2. Standard Products (Non-Customized)

If you purchase a non-custom product (accessories, maintenance items, etc.), you have 7 business days from the date of receipt to request a return. The product must:

• Be new and unused,

• Be in its original packaging,

• Include proof of purchase.

The Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and restocking fees may apply.

3. Order Cancellation

Any custom order can only be cancelled before the graphic design process begins.. A Design or processing fees may apply depending on the stage of production reached.
